Mark's Kitchen

If you're cruising through Fresno and craving bold flavors in a laid-back setting, Mark's Kitchen is one of those local gems that hits the spot. Tucked away at 4828 E Belmont Ave, this unpretentious divey spot has become a favorite for both locals and out-of-towners who just want good food without the frills.

The vibe? Totally casual. Think moderate noise, come-as-you-are energy, and yes—your dog can tag along too. It's perfect for families, group hangouts, or those solo food runs when you just want something that slaps.

Now, let's talk about the food. Mark’s Kitchen doesn't play it safe—it's got flavor bombs lined up and ready. The Bomb Ass Shit (yep, that’s really what it’s called) is exactly what you'd hope it is: packed with heat, sweet, crunch, and a little “what is THAT?” magic in every bite. If you're into classic stir-fry goodness, the Chow Mein is a go-to—no fuss, just solid flavor and satisfying texture.

Seafood lovers? Don’t skip the Spicy Shrimp. It’s got that perfect kick without overwhelming the natural sweetness of the shrimp. And if you're craving something a bit tangy and crispy, the Tangerine Chicken hits a sweet spot between zesty and crunchy. Oh, and the Egg Rolls? Golden, crispy, and totally addictive.

Mark's Kitchen keeps things real—no overhype, no pretense. Just hearty plates, chill vibes, and a place where you can kick back, eat well, and maybe discover your new favorite dish.

It is a experience of itself by far , a bit pricey if you ask me But just to be in hype is laughable and nice Food actually it's really tasty we did enjoyed even though she called my husband a vanilla boy because I asked him for not a spicy food And at the end called a white vanilla boy he laughed is sweet but off

Food was good, the owner is very comical and pleasant. The vibe is a bit overwhelming but easy going . ( it's nice to find good classic food) The Options are endless !!!! My tip go what you usually order at your local Chinese restaurant. Fun Tip : she lets you try your food before you leave .... We ordered 2 plates : Beff/ broccoli w/shrimp & chow Tangerine chicken w pork fried rice $57 ****I wanted the $14.99 ,the menu on the wall .. I got what was on the counter pictures . Beff broc with shrimp ... tangerine chicken with fried rice I was able to feed 2 adults 1teen and a toddler... We asked for 3 plates . We had 1 plate leftover...

What a fun place! The menu was huge and I would suggest the beef for sure! It was like a bulogi beef flavor and was bomb!! Homemade chili sauce is unique and flavorful with a kick! We went with mild so I could add the chilis and it was good! Thai tea was tasty and yummy! I love the experience and would go back to try more food!

This was out 1st time visiting and have been wanting to try this place out since it went viral. If you don't like how you are spoken to like she does in her videos or get your feelings hurt easily then this is not the place for you. She talks to everyone like this. We really enjoyed our visit here. She was really friendly too. It was really busy but the line moved fast and the food was even faster. The menu is big and I didn't know what to order so I took her advice and ordered the Bomb ass shit and let me tell you it was amazing. Eating them as leftovers was even better. There was so much food that my husband and I ate off of 1 plate for 2 days. We had the egg rolls and those were so delicious too. Food was cooked to order and you can tell that all the vegetables were prepared fresh and were not frozen. Make sure to bring cash as they charge for card. We absolutely loved this place and want to go back soon. It's not that noisy either.
